Beauty Boost is a nurse-led clinical practice committed to providing a professional and welcoming environment for our patients. To maintain our standard of clinical care and ensure equitable access to our practitioners, we have implemented the following policies to protect our appointment availability.

To ensure we provide dedicated clinical time for every patient, Beauty Boost requires a booking fee to secure all consultation appointments. This fee covers the cost of your comprehensive clinical assessment and professional nursing time.
The Clinical Consultation Fee: This fee is required at the time of booking. It covers your initial medical assessment, including a review of your medical history and a discussion of clinical options and risks.
Fee Structure: If you proceed with a clinical care plan, your practitioner may choose to credit the booking fee toward your professional service fees on the day of your appointment.
Non-Attendance: If you decide not to proceed with a procedure, or if a procedure is deemed clinically unsuitable for you during the assessment, the fee is retained to cover the clinical time and expertise provided during the consultation.
Booking fees are valid for 12 months from the date of payment.

To ensure we can provide timely clinical care to all patients, Beauty Boost requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. This professional courtesy allows us to offer the clinical time to another patient on our waitlist.
Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed clinical appointments, will result in the loss of your booking fee.
Late Cancellation Fees: For extended clinical sessions, a cancellation fee of up to $100 may be applied to cover the overhead and professional nursing time allocated to your care.
Prepaid Services & Vouchers: For prepaid clinical care or gift vouchers, a late cancellation will result in the session being redeemed to cover the practitioner's time.
We recognize that medical or personal emergencies can occur. In such cases, please contact the clinic directly so we can review your situation with care.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your appointment and a link to modify or cancel your booking. You can also contact us directly via phone or email for assistance.
To update or cancel your appointment online:
Open your booking confirmation email.
Scroll to the bottom and click the ‘View or Change My Appointment’ button.
Follow the prompts to adjust or cancel your booking as needed.

At Beauty Boost Aesthetic Clinic, after booking your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes to verify the details. As your appointment date approaches, we’ll send a series of friendly email and SMS reminders to help you stay prepared for your visit.
