Samara Searle is the Director of Beauty Boost and a Registered Nurse with 12 years of nursing experience, including 9 years in aesthetic practice. Her background in intensive care and plastic surgery nursing informs her strong focus on clinical safety and patient-centred care.
Through years of hands-on experience in both surgical and aesthetic settings, Samara has developed a thoughtful, balanced approach to treatment planning. She is known for her clear communication and for working closely with patients to create personalised plans based on careful assessment.
Samara has supported practitioner education and the promotion of safe aesthetic practices within the industry. She remains committed to maintaining high professional standards and fostering a welcoming environment where patients feel informed, respected, and supported.

Nurse Mel is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of industry experience. Her background spans across aesthetic practice as well as skin, cardiac, and critical care healthcare settings, giving her a well-rounded clinical foundation. She joined the Beauty Boost team in 2024 and is recognised for her calm, detail-oriented approach and attentive manner.
With training in facial anatomy and aesthetic techniques, Mel tailors each consultation to individual goals while prioritising safe, personalised care. She takes the time to listen carefully to her patients and believes in clear communication, helping each person feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment journey. Mel is committed to providing thoughtful, professional care in a welcoming environment where clients feel supported and confident in their decisions.
